Manages budgeting, fundraising campaigns, sponsorships, and grant opportunities.

Education & Mentorship Committee

Develops workshops, mentorship programs, youth outreach, and professional development resources.

Corporate Partnerships & Sponsorship Committee

Builds relationships with corporate sponsors, partners, and major donors.

Community Advocacy & Social Justice Committee

Focused on local business advocacy, racial equity, and economic justice initiatives.

Handles board recruitment, training, and organizational governance compliance.

Focuses on lobbying, policy recommendations, civic partnerships, and political engagement.

Focused on member business growth, technical assistance, workshops, and grant navigation.

Supplier Diversity & Procurement Committee

Helps members access city, state, and federal contracts as MWBEs or minority-owned businesses.

Youth & Entrepreneurship Committee

Targets youth mentorship, teen entrepreneur programs, and high school partnerships.

Workforce Development & Training Committee

Works on job fairs, partnerships with community colleges, certifications, and employment pipelines.

Women in Business Committee

Dedicated space for women-led businesses, leadership development, and equity initiatives.

Legacy Builders Committee

Focused on wealth building, real estate ownership, trusts, and generational planning.

Faith & Business Committee

Bridging Black faith institutions with Black-owned businesses — connecting congregations and commerce.

Public Safety & Quality of Life Committee

Focused on issues like community cleanliness, crime prevention, and safety advocacy.

For Black creatives, hospitality businesses, and tourism development.
